RCP has partnered with Oak View Capital Partners to redevelop this existing self-storage facility. The 1.5-acre site (located near the heart of Kansas City) features a four-story, climate-controlled facility offering 749 self-storage units. Public Storage was contracted for leasing and management of the property.
